Step 1: Start by slicing your whole dill pickles in half lengthwise. We then placed them on a paper towel, to help soak up the pickle juice.

Step 2: Then with a spoon scoop out the center of your pickle. It doesn’t need to be. Place back on a paper towel to soak up more of the juice.

Step 3: Now you will spoon in some cream cheese for the pickles. We only filled 1 side of the pickle.

Step 4: Place the pickle together, and then grab a piece of your bacon and wrap it around your pickles.

Kitchen notes
Depending on how thick your bacon is will depend how fast or slow your bacon cooks. So use your best judgement in terms of the bacon being fully cooked. Air Fry: Cook your bacon wrapped pickles at 375 degrees in your air fryer. Every 4-5 minutes you will want to turn it just a bit, to ensure you get an even cook on your bacon. Once the bacon is cooked the pickles are done. It is best to use whole pickles for this recipe, so the cream cheese stays inside the pickle.
