What is the Difference Between a Chicken Wing and a Buffalo Wing?
Buffalo wings are generally tossed with a buffalo sauce that packs a little heat. Whereas a chicken wing offers a variety of flavors, like these ranch wings, or sesame, honey barbeque, etc. Both methods can be made with or without a breading batter. If you run into boneless wings they generally have a thick batter coating it.
Are Chicken Wings White or Dark Meat
Chicken wings are white meat. We prefer white meat, and the way you cook your wings will keep the meat nice and juicy.
