Pumpkin bars from scratch are a must for us, we don’t love the boxed mixes you can find. We find they taste a little bit too processed for us. Now, we never turn down using a cake mix for quick fixes, as we like to cut corners here and there. But, some things just need to be homemade and for us, homemade pumpkin bars are one of them.
