Storing Peanut Butter Buckeyes
Refrigerate – we store our buckeyes cookies or balls however you want to name them in the fridge. We find it preserves them the best. You can store them on the counter as well.
Buckeyes can store for 1-2 weeks. They will dry out the longer they sit out.
Freezing – Freeze your old fashioned peanut butter balls in an airtight container for 3-4 months. Place wax paper between layers to prevent sticking.
Thaw the buckeye chocolates on counter or in the fridge and then enjoy.
