Oil – Extra virgin olive oil is what we recommend using for this oil recipe.
Garlic – Fresh minced garlic is going to offer a rich flavor to the toi. You can grab garlic cloves and freshly mince or you can buy a jar.
Dried Herbs – Basil and oregano are the two herbs we used, that offer that vibrant Italian seasoning flavor.
Red Peppers – Crushed red pepper flakes are going to add a kick of spice which is a great addition to the oil.
Salt – Tossing in a pinch of salt is going to help bring out all the flavors of the oil.

How to Make
- In a large mixing bowl add olive oil, garlic, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Mix well to combine.
- Use right away, or store in the fridge until you are ready to serve it up.

Storing
Refrigerate the oil for up to two weeks in the fridge. We like to place the dip in an airtight container to help preserve the flavors of the dip. Some do keep the dip at room temperature in a pantry for around 1-2 weeks as well.
We prefer to keep it in the fridge as we find it has the best results. If you store at room temperature place in a mason jar with a sealed lid.
