We cooked for around 3 minutes, but depending on your waffle maker it might vary in time.

We are able to get 4 chaffles out of this batter. But depending on how big or small you make will vary on how many you get.

Cheese To Use For Dessert Chaffles

For this keto pumpkin spice recipe we used mozzarella cheese. But, we have seen other recipes that are similar and reach for a room temperature cream cheese and find success.

If you want to try cream cheese you could give it a whirl. We just found the mozzarella is mild in flavor and works well with the almond flour.

So feel free to swap it out for this keto dessert pumpkin pie chaffle.

Pumpkin spice chaffles take basic pantry essentials, that you can toss together in minutes. Here are a few of the essential ingredients you need to make this recipe.

Almond Flour | Almond flour is one of our favorites when making chaffles. It allows for a gluten free recipe, and also a keto-approved recipe. We love making chaffle recipes with almond flour!

We use finely ground almond flour for a better texture, otherwise, you will notice the flour.

Eggs | Eggs are going to help form your chaffles together. It is the binder that will keep your chaffle stuck together and allow it to cook up to a nice and fluffy texture.

Pumpkin Puree | Since this is a pumpkin spice recipe we need that pumpkin puree. While it offers a pretty orange color it also adds that essential pumpkin flavor paired with the pumpkin spice.

Topping Ideas For Pumpkin Spice Chaffles

Pecans | Crushed pecans will add a nice crunch to your breakfast chaffle. You can add chopped or halves. Or feel free to swap with another type of nut.

Syrup | Opt for a sugar free syrup to drizzle on top! Any of your usual brands works.

Butter | Doesn’t butter make everything taste better? Add a slab of butter!
