Sweet Cherries – we used canned pitted sweet cherries that were in a heavy sauce. We found this to work the best in the process of slow cooker cherries jubilee.
Dried Cherries – In the baked goods aisle you can look by the raisins to find the dried cherries.
Granulated Sugar – The granulated sugar is going to sweeten the jubilee even more.
Orange Juice – we used orange juice for this recipe. The citrus in the orange juice helps give you that classic jubilee flavor.
Almond Extract – Some recipes use vanilla but we prefer the flavor of almond extract.
Cornstarch and Water – The cornstarch and water act as a slurry and will help to thicken the sauce of the cherries.
