How Do You Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge In The Microwave

Easy! We do this in stages. The first stage is melting down the peanut butter and butter, until it is nice and creamy. Then we add in the vanilla and powdered sugar to create the peanut butter layer. Then in a new microwave safe bowl, we do the chocolate chips and butter. Get it melted, and then stir in the condensed milk!

We microwave in 10-20 second increments to ensure we don’t over-heat the ingredients. If you do so you will burn the chocolate, and let us say, not fun and it stinks.

Should we Put Fudge In The Fridge

To get this fudge to set up, we always put in the fridge for 2-3 hours. But, if you are in no rush you can leave at room temperature.

A lot of people prefer the texture of cold fudge, but it is all preference. Just make sure to store your fudge in an airtight container whether you store on the counter or fridge.

As a note, the fridge will dry out your fudge quicker, so try to eat it faster.

Can You Freeze Fudge Made with Condensed Milk

Yes! Just wrap the fudge up in aluminum foil, and then place in a freezer bag or airtight container. Then you can freeze any fudge you won’t be eating right away. Thaw and serve.
